    Item delivered was not as described. It does not have the heat element or electrical connections. I queried this with the seller who’s attitude was that as far as they are concerned they are heated and nobody else has complained which is very hard to believe. I asked if I had perhaps been sent the wrong item and was told that’s all they have. After trying to communicate with them further they simply ignored my messages and didn’t reply. I would not recommend them, buyer beware!
