    I bought two musical keyrings from this seller, but one was faulty. They kindly sent me a replacement, having assured me that it was tested before packing. However, the replacement was also faulty. They have refused to refund me, and have implied that I am lying. They will only refund me if I return the faulty items, even though as a seller, it is their responsibility to ensure that items that they offer are in working order, and as a courtesy, they should offer their customers refunds.

    Didn't imply anything! merely asked for the second one to be returned as there appeared to be a fault as it was tested and working fine when I sent it. Buyer flatly refused to return but still demanded money back! You couldn't do this in an ordinary shop - if something is faulty you still have to return it. At no point did I say they were lying or I didn't believe them, I just told them I needed it back to return to our supplier as there was clearly a fault that needs investigating.
