Comes with 1) straight razor, 2) sleeve for razor, 3) packet of 100 blades, and 4) instructions for loading blades into the razor. Took almost a month to arrive, but I expressly stated I wanted shipment by post, not DHL or FedEx, so that is on me, not the seller. Will gladly do business with this seller again. I recommend Facon Premium Razors.
