    The generator was a dud. I asked for a refund to which they replied no, they will send out new parts?! Then they said they will refund me but only if I pay for the return myself. Then they said I can have new generator for £200 and keep the dud one?? I got eBay involved and the seller eventually sent me a shipping label - The generator was picked up by UPS, but then the seller said they won’t refund me until I provide a tracking number?! Extremely disappointing, what a mess. Horrible experience.
