When contacted about this, they posted a replacement part out to me immediately.     Good seller, would buy from them again in the future. Had a minor issue with one of the wheels of the chair arriving broken and the seller resolved promptly. The chair itself (Steelcase Please V2) is ok but I'd probably pay the extra for a leap or amia in the future. You gain improved back support over the amia but the overall design and comfort is worse.
