    Unfortunately I’m unable to recommend this supplier. I ordered a large collar on 24th March, delivery was meant to occur between 27th March & 1st April. Tracking details didn’t update & collar didn’t arrive, so I chased them up on 4th April. They sent out a collar (& tracking info became live) Collar arrived, however it was an absolutely massive XL, not a large collar as I’d ordered. Fortunately eBay returns process is straightforward.

    The collar received was much bigger than the 11 - 13" ordered. It is at lease 20". Despite communication with the seller It does not fit my Jack Russel dog that I bought it for. Looked nice and small in picture. Should have known better as there was no size shown on listing. I would return it but the postage is too expensive. The collar itself is good quality and well made. Delivery was as promised.

    Not very happy at all I messaged this seller to see if this collar would fit my westie and I was told yes it would so I purchased it in good faith I've received it and it miles to big for her so I'm stuck with a collar that's no good at all I'm apsultly furious 😤I wouldnt recommend this seller at all misleading a buyer
