    I was unhappy with the engraving on the glass. I contacted the seller and sent a picture and description of what I was unhappy about. They asked for another picture with a dark background, which I provided and they questioned my wall colour. They have since not responded to my last message, which was sent a number of days ago. This was a birthday present and I am really disappointed with the service I have received. I would buy from another seller in the future.
