    I tried and tried to work with this customer. They decided to file a claim as had told them if was not received I would fully refund. You can look at my 5-star rating and great reviews with all my sales. The package was sent and USPS lost it. Customer was fully refunded without ebay having to take action. There is always a bad apple on the tree and can't please everyone.
