    Came in Dunelm packaging, had a £20 price tag label on the packaging, and advertised free postage. Would have been cheaper to go the Dunelm store. I paid £31:88 . £11:88 more than store price, and there is no way postage would be that much. And said last one. Put in again and advert said only one left. Very deceiving and fraudulent for a high street store, Will not buy from again on the high street or On line. Untrustworthy. Photo evidence attached

    Excellent seller communication and prompt delivery with the item perfectly packed. The instructions were crystal clear and the assembled toy is exactly what I hoped for. My cat did a double take when he saw it, as it's so huge compared to his dead one. He stretched up and tried it out and was thrilled. Can't ask for more, eh?

    Wrong item sent out (match attax extra) , packaging is rubbish, posted in a courier pack so back is dented and damaged asked for £10 refund as inconvenience to be told I received a premium box which cost more....it does not, they are exact same cost (retail) use my money on some decent packaging and maybe an AI app to write messages.
