  Very pleased with this seller when I bought a LG soundbar USC9S for £400. It was £700 on Amazon or £500 at Currys if you bought a tv. I sent a query and it was answered within a few hours. The description said "Box opened but unused" so I was concerned that some bits might be missing or it might have some scratches but decided to risk it. The package arrived two days later and the way it was packaged it didn't even look like it had been opened before. Everything was there in perfect condition.

  Fantastic seller! Seller gave me a special offer for the monitor which was very generous, on top of this I had an additional code to take even more off the overall price. Description stated there may be marks on the monitor, however I am failing to see any. The monitor is in excellent condition! Came fully boxed including all original packaging. I see this is the 2023 model over the 2021 model which is a bonus! Delivery was insanely quick and it literally arrived the next morning. A+

  First class ebayer Great Price with next day delivery was in original box and said there may be some small scratches which was reflected in the price when I opened the box it was like New I had a problem connecting it because I found out the HDMI lead was faulty but once I changed it it was all systems Go Seller couldn't have been more helpful and compensated me for replacement lead would recommend Thank's

  Superb. When the seller labelled the item opened but unused, I had some misgivings but went for it! I got a box that was intelligently sealed and the item new. There was a bit of delay in the delivery, this being a Black Friday purchase, it was understandable. Communication by the seller was exceptional. Item’s quality, value, appearance and condition are great. Would buy again from this seller.
