  I got the order. There is one lid totally missing from the box. The other lids have scratches on them and or dents/ chips. I contacted you and sent pictures. Your representative offered me either a $50 credit or I could return and I would have to pay for the shipping. The shipping could cost me $50! So, I accepted the $50 credit so I could replace the lids. Unfortunately, I have not got any credit on my card, nor has the representative got back with me. This is not right.
