When it arrived the Item was well packaged and in good condition. It appears good value for money having a three year warranty on the machine and a ten year warranty on the motor. I would highly recommend.

Arrived as a bundle of loose parts rattling around in a damaged box. Seller paid price for replacement parts, refund also offered- but what I would have preferred was item as described - grade A refurbished ‘like new’ . Just being offered a refund to return the item wasn’t good enough. I think it was very poor form to be sent item in such condition, description was misleading.
