  Bought this in sellers word it was new in the box. My plumber came to install it 10/21. The box was missing the mounting hardware and there was no paperwork in the box at all. Seller offered to send parts however I was not willing to pay for a second service call for the plumber and neither was the seller. He offered no compensation for the inconvenience. When I asked, he went ghost on me. I would not recommend this seller as the product clearly was robbed of parts and not ‘new in the box’
