  I bought a trim piece for the back of my van. I ordered the correct item, but the part I received was wrong and because it was shipped in plastic, one of the clips was broken. I contacted the seller and I expected they would try and figure out why the part was wrong and send me the correct one. Instead, I was issued various options for return labels that I had to pay for.
