Es kann natürlich vorkommen, dass ein Artikel ggf verloren geht, aber dann muss man halt auch reagieren und eine Lösung anbieten. Ignorieren geht gar nicht und als gewerblicher Anbieter schon 3 mal nicht, einfach nur peinlich. Hätte den Artikel gerne gehabt, Geld habe ich über die A-Z Garantie über ebay zurück bekommen.
