  Had an issue with the delivery originally however after speaking with the support team it was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. The item itself is of fantastic quailty, set up straight to go out of the box. I was very impressed with the case, it is very sturdy and the protective qualities is far superior compared to those included with other similarly priced starter packs.   UNTRUSTWORTHY. I bought a guitar listed at a cheap price, Donner first tried to get me to cancel, then pretended not to have stock when they still have 6 listed for sale, then said they sent the guitar as goodwill, gave me tracking which later shows "a package" was sent to a completely different part of the country, then claimed logistic issues and once again claimed not to have stock to send me, all while still having a total of 6 of them on sale a week later. THIS IS NOT POSITIVE FEEDBACK.
