  This seller sold me a damaged product that looked like it had already been used and returned. Seller offered half the price back as a refund and said I had to pay postage. I refused and demanded a full refund with postage to be paid by them. After days of foot dragging they agreed. I sent it back. I messaged them several times over the following week as to whether they’d received it and where was my refund. They never responded. I finally rang EBay who sorted it in 5 minutes.
