It literally fell to bits at the back when he opened the package. Requested a return due to fault - this was denied. I messaged asking why they wouldn’t take it back. This was ignored. Customer after service is appalling. They don’t care at all once they have your money. While it wasn’t expensive the electrician has to come back to fit a new switch. Thanks for nothing.
