  The plant arrived after just over a week in transit with very damaged leaves. It also did not look like the bushy plant in the advertised post. Seller did not communicate with me as well when I opened a claim since it still had not arrived, so I can’t return it and get a refund. I have it packed and ready to go, so it may just die fully before it’s back to the seller and I may not be able to get a refund as a result….. Please avoid buying from this seller.

  Plant arrived, unfortunately damaged. Seller offered new plant but did not sent it. We agreed on 50% refund as the plant should recover, however I had to chase for it and when I received it, it wasn’t 50% of total cost. I do however have to say, that plants are sent as described, healthy (parasite or disease free) and dispatched within reasonable time. Seller is communicating and is offering solutions if problems arise. I would only improve on packaging and communication.

  Very poor packaging, not even a fragile sticker on the box, plant not really protected. On top of that I've paid for a 48h delivery and received it though standard. When I confronted the seller about it, before and after receiving the parcel, they gave me one of the worst customer service I've ever received and were not even willing to refund me the full price of the shipping. Needles to say I will not buy from them again and wouldn't recommend.
