    I has I have a problem with your delivery company you need to get this sorted out with them has I was home when they said that they call round but did it even put a notice through my door tell me they had call also it's a delivery not a pick up at a shop also their is plenty of safe place to leave the parcel because I had a delivery strat after from gardening express and was left behind my recilying box's and I got it when I arrived home from the hospital I am not giving you negative Feed back

We have mentioned this to DPD, and it is their usual policy to drop goods at a pickup shop, if there is no one in and no leave safe instructions have been added to your DPD delivery / Account. This enables customers to get their packages quicker and at a time convenient to them.
