Delivery set for 12 May. On 12th I contacted seller because item hadn't been marked as 'dispatched'. They assured me item was on its way. This happened on five consecutive days! Seller never once contacted me to let me know order status unless I contacted them first. They promised 15% off as compensation. Item finally arrives on 20th May, badly damaged, still no 15% off received.

There were two very noticeable scratches in the front of the item, and the electrical plug was unusable as all three pins were badly bent, I assume from being stepped on. I contacted the seller to request a partial refund, as I'd not have purchased at the price I paid. I didn't receive a response, so have left this honest feedback
