    I had bought two pairs, one black and these ones. These were sent quickly too but the shoe box although new was damaged. They did not look as pictured - no curve in the insoles. I contacted the seller to return the items, and they quickly came back and were happy to authorise an immediate return. Happily, my daughters preferred the style sent so return wasn't required. As with the other pair the canvas was initially stiff and a bit uncomfortable but will improve with wear. Good value too.

    Received new Dunlop slippers well on time, packaged well. But seller sent wrong color to what I ordered, plus these slippers are too narrow. But great seller communication & have sent me a free returns label & offered full refund. Well recommended seller for arranging full refund quickly, but not for the slippers, because they are a bit too narrow, so not good if you hv wide feet! Only knockd off 1 star because wrong colour sent out, to what was advertised, as I ordered the grey ones, not black.
