  Please be aware of this seller as advertising collar & lead for advertised price & all you receive is the collar which is of poor quality stitching was fraying & for £12.99 not worth the price. I have picked up a better one from B&M for less than half the price & better quality. I tried to resolve the matter with the seller but wouldn’t accept a return due to it being customised with dog’s name offered £2.60 refund & I had to get eBay involved to receive that so be be very aware!!!!!

  Bought personalised diary came in excellent condition proper professional bubble Wrapped parcel .on time and what I asked for .only minor detail bit dissapointed theat personalised printing wasn't the same gold lettering as 2025 year number at top of diary .that may be an over look on my behalf .it's not easy to see personalised quote as it's same colour as Diary. Just check or email them if they can make yr quote stand out at bit more . it's only a minor detail .I ordered last yrs from them .
