  The seller send you unfinished product, all pieces are burned and have scratches all over so need to be sanded and cleaned and that is not in the description. also the seller send random design nothing as agreed and as the photo shown in the advertisement. if you message the seller to fix the issue you will be ignored and blocked. (now I know why the seller put all sold items in the Feedback on Private listing). well.. had to ask ebay to step in and help to get my full refund. (see the pictures)

  We’re sorry to hear about your experience, but we’d like to address a few points. The buyer was blocked after opening multiple false cases and citing issues with return labels that were correctly provided. This action was taken on the advice of eBay customer service. Our products are clearly described as laser-cut MDF, which may have slight burn marks that can be easily sanded. Unfortunately, despite our attempts to work with the buyer, they stopped responding and escalated the matter.

  Seller Deceiving customers who read the feedback with these lies. the seller did not respond to my messages on this item. that is why I reported you to Ebay. and sent me a wrong return label that not accepted by the post office, after contacting Ebay thy asked you to send me a correct label to return the damaged items. I will report you to Ebay.
