When I contacted them to rectify the problem they delivered the correct bed and collected the first one rapidly. The bed was good value and the company dealt with the error efficiently, I would use them again and would recommend crazy price beds to anyone.

Communication was great, with regular text updates and a delivery window. The driver even rang to give me a 20 minute warning! The bed frame was as pictured and easy to assemble. I would've liked less plastic & polystyrene in the packaging though.

They take your money then wait until you open a not arrived case with eBay to reply as the funds are put on hold, then they start to spam you and lie about replies. They could just refund immediately but dont. They are the most inneficient, untrustworthy liars I've ever come across on eBay. Read the other reviews and swerve these jokers like the plague.
