  Excellent customer service, I ordered the wrong size, messaged them and they sent the one that I actually wanted and not the one that I ordered by mistake, thank you so much Claire. The delivery service let you down though as I was tracking my parcel ALL day, it got within 4 stops before mine, then I received an email to say that they were delayed and would not be delivered but would email me when it was out for delivery again but did not give a day. It did however get delivered the next day

  I have a boxer that I swear is Houdini reincarnated because every cage I've bought they have escaped from except this one. I think it's a great cage and easy to put together. The seller was true to their word and I received the cage the very next day so thank you so much for a smooth purchase/delivery. I highly recommend especially for escape artist dogs like boxers

  picture shows latches and hinges..THEY ARE NOT PART OF THIS HUTCH .. you get bog standard wooden latches that get loose every time you undo them. contacted seller and asked for what i ordered, got fobbed off with a thanks for brining it to there attention about the photo and would take it off of ebay, so far after 5 days not taken off! asked to have a part refund so i could get hinges and latches and fit them, they said no as only make £4.50 profit on every sale, so asked for that and got
