  Excellent customer service, I ordered the wrong size, messaged them and they sent the one that I actually wanted and not the one that I ordered by mistake, thank you so much Claire. The delivery service let you down though as I was tracking my parcel ALL day, it got within 4 stops before mine, then I received an email to say that they were delayed and would not be delivered but would email me when it was out for delivery again but did not give a day. It did however get delivered the next day

  I have a boxer that I swear is Houdini reincarnated because every cage I've bought they have escaped from except this one. I think it's a great cage and easy to put together.
