    I needed an additional high visibility whistle so ordered an identical all orange one (identical photo and description) from the seller. A black whistle with orange parts arrived (see attached photo of my original orange whistle reordered and the received black whistle in packaging). I raised the issue with the seller. No apology, no resolution, no change of advert just stated that was what they now had. When asked I was told I could return the item for a refund. Overall a negative experience.
