My Wundaweb was delivered in an opened and incomplete state. The tape and backing card was in the packet, but no plastic bubble cover that had been previously removed. After multiple messages and photo as proof, I was offered a £1 discount (after I pushed), I accepted. Why they asked for a photo as proof is beyond me, it was they who packed my item, so knew what they had sent. Would you buy anything at full price if it had been opened? A very poor and unprofessional and unpleasant experience.
