    Evri damaged this parcel so that it could not be delivered. When I tried to tell seller about this an Ebay bug confused this non-delivery with a previous non-delivery of the same item, and prevented contact with the seller. In the end, Ebay themselves had to arrange a refund. None of this was the fault of the seller who has always been an excellent Ebayer.
