    Rapid delivery from a clearly professional supplier, including all proper paperwork, so (inadequate packaging aside) top marks there. Only criticism was quality of product itself which required deburring at the wide end before it could be safely used, and as it's a genuine Claas product I had expected better. Recommended retailer, tool manufacturer unfortunately less so.
