    Fabulous starting package, everything required in the box with added personal touch of instructions. I do accept not everyone has certain knowledge so obviously the ability to seek help from the sellers is another bonus. I have no experience of requiring help yet although my own homework on the seller was enough for me to feel confident that if I was polite and requested help it would have been given!!     Very fast delivery but take note, it is not a sublimation printer out of the box, work needs to be done to enable it to print for sublimation and I feel that should be mentioned in sales description, others do. Good clear instructions are provided for setup so it should not be too difficult, hopefully. This is a quite well known company so I think buyers can feel secure purchasing from them, just be more transparent with descriptions.
