  The delivery time was not as stated contacted them because the item is not like it is in the picture. Lots of marks on the arms have sent him pictures as well as reaching out to them but unfortunately, I’ve not had anyone got in touch with me. I don’t know what to do about returning this item or Even what to do to resolve the situation was looking forward to receiving the item as it was exactly what I needed being disabled Unlimited to doing things however it’s an absolute gem of a peace.   Daer Zafran hanif, You refused the kerkside delivery because you said you were diabled and lived on the 3rd floor of a building so we orgainised a 2 man delivery service free of charge to do the delivery. We rang you to book in delivery and the drivers rang you 1 hour in advance and brought the chair in to you. We send you an email about the antiquing process we do and explained about the black glaze used in the finishing process.Thank you
