  The figurine was as described, beautifully packed & sent to me very promptly The problem incurred was totally down to the courier. I hate to see other reviewers give negative or neutral feedback to sellers who do everything in their power to ensure a smooth & professional transaction, but are then let down by matters outside of their control.
