    Perfect laptop. Very happy. As described. Securely packaged. Free postage included got a very good price. Apart from the touch pen missing I can't fault it. I should of read the description more carefully. Even though.. I bought the touch pens from Ebay for £40.00 TOP Comms from this seller. Absolutely perfect.

    Nice set. Box slightly damaged where a few labels had been ripped off and it was a bit stoved in which i don't recall seeing in the listing (it was a gift and I'd avoided a different listing that said it had a damaged box). The parcel was well wrapped with bubble wrap so seller had taken care to package to prevent any further damage from transit. The price was very good and delivery was free and fast so I'm very happy. The box appearance was purely a point of note rather than a complaint.

    Good laptop specifications for the price. Would make a good purchase if buying for yourself. Condition could have been better pictured and sadly didn't come with a box so wasn't ideal as a gift. Item was dispatched quickly and the seller handled the transaction in a customer-oriented manner which is very appreciable. Pleasant experience despite unfavourable outcome!

    The iPhone arrived only a couple days after ordering. It was basically brand new and authentic with no use to the battery. It still had around a years worth of apple warranty and I was even able to buy apple care for it. It was just as described and a great deal compared to msrp! It also came incredibly well packaged.
