(I have just had to return one to a high street shop, which claimed it was memory foam but was infact 100% polyurethane, which is an inferior product and won't last as long). So when the package did arrive it had sticky residue all over, had been opened and resealed by parcel force, and thankfully the contents were undamaged. Parcel Force needs to take more care.
