    Horrendous experience and I wish I had never purchased from them. I will bullet point the worst bits below. Order in Dec as wanted to fit over Xmas. Chased after Xmas and waited a total of 16 days and then wrong item turned up! Complained and had to wait for a replacement, despite emailing several times a week getting brushed off blaming the courier! We have multiple different couriers delivering every week yet this sink in a huge box remains in our hallway. No offer of compensation
