  3rd time lucky! Evri were rubbish with delivery failed twice had it delivered to local Sainsburys once ordered for the 3rd time.....got there in the end. The item was great as described and well packaged. Sellers communication could be better.

  The first item received was damaged. I don’t believe this was the fault of the item but just handled poorly during transit. That being said the Supplier was quick to act on the situation and send out a replacement. So positive in that regard the concern is around the courier service etc. No issues with seller and would use again

  Description was not correct as said was compatible with my model and was not. Delivery was superb but customer service to get replacement was slow and not effective. Seller did arrange free return when pushed and refunded and replacement I sourced myself from their online shop was correct and delivered quickly. Just a shame regarding follow up response.
