Japan to Ohio few days and the package was well protected, quality was perfect and the appearance was perfect and exactly as shown in listing. .I would recommend this seller to all..   I only bought from this seller as the reviews were good - it felt a risk buying from overseas. There was a mistake - I paid for 2 cameras and got 1 - the seller said it was a packing error and got straight onto it and sent out the other express delivery. Good communication and prompt response. Both items arrived in good condition. Import tax is expensive, so check this before buying! It cost me £103 for 2 cameras of total value £545!!

  The Camera Arrived Quickly and was Well packaged and arrived in good condition. The Seller provided good communication and was quick to provide updates. The Camera itself was of good quality and was accurately described (appearance and etc). Overall was of great value, and would buy again.

  Camera Laboratory of Japan is one of the best camera vendors I have dealt with. And considering the difference in time zones that’s saying a lot. Hiraku continued to answer my questions. The items were packaged very securely and they were exactly as described. I received the items within 3 days from Japan to New Jersey! I highly recommend using their services. You will not be disappointed.

  Nikon D850 exactly as described, camera was well packaged, I'm very pleased. Arrived at in Brisbane super quick! Seller was great. Five stars! Australian Customs not so good. Customs here in Brisbane held onto item for a week because they couldn't contact me on my landline. I needed to pay import duty. Customs didn't have any other contact info for me (weird). Luckily I reached out to them just before they were about to ship the camera back to Japan. All's well that ends well. sigh
