  Seller sent incorrect item and said what he had sent was better. After item was returned he admitted it was a mistake but there was no apology. When I asked for a refund more than once he was very abusive and even swore in his email to me. Not a nice person !

  WOW thats very ungrateful of you buyer - we tried to help you as much as possible, after sending the wrong battery we offered to give you an upgraded canon LP-E6NH battery & keep the one we sent. Heard nothing from buyer, no response, no replies, no emails, just returned battery and we refunded her! Just shows no matter how much you try to help some people you just can't help some people. Think Buyer being spiteful with her lies about abuse & swearing we had no reason to - Grow Up Dolly
