    Arrived quickly, within 48 hours of placing the order. Plugs were packed individually in their own box and the four packed wrapped in a cardboard envelope for transit. Plastic tubes protect the electrodes from damage during transit which was reassuring. Denso brand is a known good quality brand and at the price paid was good value for money. The seller I do recommend and will use again when I next require spark plugs for my car.

    The thermostat is incorrectly listed for the car in question. On arrival, the box had been opened previously and the bag of gaskets had also been opened. Very likely that this has been incorrectly supplied before. I have asked for a full refund if I send it back. After a long wait this supplier is stalling and does not seem to believe me. Be careful with this supplier.
