    Revision of feedback: device was as described, came in great condition. Had issues with delivery but was sorted out eventually. Had issues with communication as every time I requested information, I did not receive a reply. Seller later explains they did send instructions but I have not received this. Device then self updated or did something rendering it unusable to someone technically limited like myself. They were happy to take the device back. Communication was good at this point.

    You were sent instructions 3 times; you asked about delivery and we provided tracking information and what the last event was. You subsequently updated and therefore broke the device and returned for a refund.

    Windows appear to be good quality not that I fitted them yet very good communication from the seller. There was a bit of confusion through no fault of the seller. I believe it was more through eBay where the product was shipped to my billing address therefore when the box arrived, they were quite damaged but the product within was okay. I’m still waiting on the second unit to arrive once again this is probably due to eBay not the seller. Very good value for money for this style of window.
