    Revision of feedback: device was as described, came in great condition. Had issues with delivery but was sorted out eventually. Had issues with communication as every time I requested information, I did not receive a reply. Seller later explains they did send instructions but I have not received this. Device then self updated or did something rendering it unusable to someone technically limited like myself. They were happy to take the device back. Communication was good at this point.

    You were sent instructions 3 times; you asked about delivery and we provided tracking information and what the last event was. You subsequently updated and therefore broke the device and returned for a refund.

    The pjs are exactly as described. Brand new with tags. They were a great price and therefore good value for money. They are, in fact, so gorgeous that I might never wear them as I may not be able to get any more the same! 😉🤣 They came well packaged and arrived very quickly. Excellent customer service.
