    The item is as described and arrived in working shape. It looks very nice. The small dial at the bottom, which appears to be for "seconds," is not an actual "dial." It is printed on the clock face. Consequently, if I were ever to buy another, I would not buy this for an adult. I would buy it for a younger child. The seller communicates well. I recommend the seller add the status of the lower "dial" as an imprint rather than a working dial.,
