I gave proof enough that I was at home during the day of the delivery as I had other parcels on the same day. Without an answer, I reached out to the seller again. As the sender, he would have more power to claim the parcel with DHL. I contacted eBay to claim my money back, and they said everything was according to the regulations. But I had never received anything. It was a sad experience!
