    It is difficult for me to rate this item, as I never got to use it even once. When it came I took it from the box only to find that the bar would not twist to shorten/lengthen the equipment. I contacted the seller, who eventually responded two days later, with a "why not"?. The instructions in the box appeared to be for a different bar, and when I tried again, it fell apart. I contacted the seller again, where they offered me a replacement or refund, this offer I have rejected.
