    Heat pad was as described. Unfortunately it came with a two pin euro plug not three pin UK plug. Seller had no heat pads with three pin plug in stock, so seller gave me a partial refund to cover the price of a converter. In the end I got it rewired to a three pin plug, as I don't like the converters.

    Sent me the wrong colour item (blue) not white, I asked to return it for a refund and was told I would have to pay the return postage. Which is clearly against Ebay rules, I will be reporting this seller. Something to note ebay seller...If you send the wrong item... you pay the return postage.

    The photo shows 300ml bottle. Item that arrived was 15ml x 10 sachets. The seller didn’t acknowledge that they sent the wrong size. Just tried to convince me that sachets are better and more convenient. In the end, they resolved the issue by refunding me half the cost. (I asked them to send me another box.) Response was quick and resolved quickly, but I would think twice before buying from them again.
