  BEWARE OF THIS SELLER. Won auction on items and paid for them waited for a week and nothing. Then get a refund out of nowhere. When the seller was asked why, they explained that they had had some issues with shipping and ebay due to weather and rather than get more complaints they just refunded all auctions. But I was told that I would be able to purchase items at the price I had won at auction. So I put in offers and seller declines then comes up with lies saying he did not decline.

  Emotionally frustrated buyer. Initially canceled orders in attempts to get my eBay account unrestricted due to the seasonal USPS shipping back ups, and my account being on locked due to such. Offered to relist, and accept offers trying to rectify the situation. One offer was successfully accepted, while two others were auto-denied, but not sure why. So all orders are shipped free on my dime with 100% refunds to this buyer to satisfy his frustrations. Attempts to recover with offering new review
