  I don't normally give feedback but this was absolutely spot on. The turnaround was so fast with regular updates of tracking and packaging etc and i had my order arrive 2 days earlier than expected. I was worried this was a "too good to be true " deal, but no, they arrived in pristine condition without a fuss. Fantastic deal and perfect boots. Recommend this seller.

  Boots are fine. Disappointed with the seller's slow response to messages. Also disappointed to receive a £49 import tax bill. We appreciate that the bill is not down to the seller, but it would be helpful if there was clear notice of this charge when this Italian seller is selling to a UK customer - We were not aware, so it came as a big shock! Finally, the UK carrier was Fed Ex, who were hopeless. Didn't deliver when scheduled, despite 3 other delivery companies making it here the same day!
