I emailed seller requesting shipping information after waiting their two days stated for me to receive shipping info. I never received any response. I put in to cancel my order and the seller denied the cancellation. I then informed ebay that I did not receive my purchase. I then had to wait five more days to get my refund.

It arrived exploded inside the package and the rancid smell was overwhelming. The product was completely unusable. I reached out to the seller with multiple attempts with no response. There was a damage support email labeled on the package, after emailing the support email I was told by an automated system to use the starter still. With no response from seller for a refund or replacement, I am at a loss.
