Through no fault of their own, the sellers courier decided to chuck the parcel over a neighbours fence rather than leaving it my porch?! Fortunately, the seller got straight onto the courier and I managed to locate and retrieve the parcel with the contents in great condition. Thanks to the seller for going that extra mile!

    I purchased 3. Delivery was prompt, well packaged in recycled box which I liked. One chair had faulty stitching. The seller responded very quickly with reassurance that it would not compromise strength & also offered a refund which was received very quickly. Really excellent customer service & lovely product.
